Information we collect
Account data such as username, email (if provided), and authentication details. Project content you submit (briefs, messages, and related workspace data). Technical data such as device or browser type, approximate location from IP, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile identifiers Google shares with us for authentication.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve Decillion, authenticate you, assign and run agents on your projects, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
AI processing
Content you send to agents may be processed by AI systems to generate responses for your projects. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing for that purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and AI providers who process it on our behalf under contractual protections, or when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Decillion and its users.
Retention
We keep account and project data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to residual backups and legal retention needs.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can update account details in the app, sign out, and contact us to request access or deletion where applicable. If you use Google sign-in, you can also manage Google permissions in your Google account.
Children
Decillion is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
