Credits are bought as in-app purchases. On iOS and Android, Billing includes Restore purchases if a pack did not land after you paid. Do not buy credits on the website to use inside the iOS app.

You can sign out from You. To delete the account and its projects, open Profile and use Delete account. That is permanent.

A slow or empty project is usually the crew or the machine starting, not a missing screen. If work is stuck, say so in the project chat first; if it stays stuck, email us with the project name.
