The service
Decillion helps you describe outcomes and work with AI agents assigned to your projects. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Decillion: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt the service, no unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, and no use that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Agent outputs are tools for your work — you remain responsible for how you use them.
Content and agents
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Decillion a license to host and process that content to operate the service. Agent responses may be imperfect; review important outputs before relying on them.
Billing
Paid features are charged against your wallet. Adding funds takes a platform fee described at https://decillionai.com/pricing (currently 5.5% of the amount paid). Model token rates in the catalog are not marked up. Computer time is billed separately. Unpaid balances may result in limited access.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that agent output will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decillion and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
